本 App 提供：台灣飲水站的位置與資訊查詢、本機的喝水紀錄、依你今天的使用情形變化表情的怪獸，以及選用的天氣表情。本 App 免費，靠廣告維持。我們可能調整、暫停或終止部分或全部功能。
The app lets you look up drinking-water stations in Taiwan, keep a water log on your phone, see a monster whose mood follows what you did today, and optionally weather moods. It is free and supported by ads. We may change, suspend or end any or all features.
站點資料來自環境部氣候變遷署「涼適點」開放資料，並補充臺北市政府環境保護局的飲水機清單與臺北大眾捷運公司的車站資料（皆依政府資料開放授權條款），地圖底圖來自 OpenStreetMap 貢獻者、OpenFreeMap、OpenMapTiles。資料可能有誤、過時，或站點可能故障、停用、需要消費或有營業時間限制。請以現場為準。
本 App 不是政府機關，也不代表任何政府機關。我們不檢測、不保證任何飲水設備的水質或衛生；是否飲用請你自行判斷。
Station data comes from the “Cool Map” open dataset of Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment, Climate Change Administration, supplemented by the Taipei City Environmental Protection Department’s dispenser list and Taipei Metro station data (all under the Government Open Data License); map tiles come from OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles. Data can be wrong or out of date, and a station may be broken, closed, require a purchase or have opening hours. Please trust what you see on site.
The app is not a government agency and does not represent one. We do not test or guarantee the water quality or hygiene of any drinking-water equipment; whether to drink is your own judgement.
本 App 的喝水紀錄、杯數與怪獸表情只是你自己的紀錄與娛樂，不構成醫療、營養或任何專業建議。如對自身的身體狀況有疑慮，請諮詢專業人員。
The water log, cup counts and monster moods are for your own record and fun. They are not medical, nutritional or any other professional advice. If you have concerns about your own condition, please consult a professional.
請合法、合理地使用本 App。你不得：逆向工程、反組譯或試圖取得原始碼（法律允許者除外）；干擾本 App 或其所連接的服務；以自動化方式大量存取我們或第三方的服務；移除或規避廣告、同意訊息或授權標示。
Please use the app lawfully and reasonably. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile or try to obtain the source code (except where the law allows); interfere with the app or the services it connects to; access our or third parties’ services in bulk by automated means; or remove or bypass ads, consent messages or attribution.
本 App 的程式、介面、怪獸圖像與商標屬於亮言有限公司或其授權人，僅授權你為個人、非商業目的在你的裝置上使用。
地圖資料 © OpenStreetMap 貢獻者，依 ODbL 授權；站點資料依政府資料開放授權條款提供。這些資料各自適用其授權，不因本條款而改變。
The app’s code, interface, monster artwork and trademarks belong to Liangyan Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use on your device.
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL; station data is provided under the Government Open Data License. Those datasets keep their own licences; these terms do not change them.
本 App 顯示 Google AdMob 提供的廣告，並連接第三方地圖與資料服務。這些服務由第三方提供，適用其條款與隱私政策；我們不對第三方廣告的內容或其服務的可用性負責。詳見隱私權政策。
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob and connects to third-party map and data services. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the availability of their services. 在法律允許的最大範圍內，本 App 依「現狀」與「現有」提供，我們不作任何明示或默示的保證，包括資料正確、持續可用或沒有錯誤。對於因使用或無法使用本 App、依據站點資料前往、或飲用任何水源而產生的損害，我們在法律允許的範圍內不負責任。
本條款不排除或限制依法律不得排除或限制的責任（例如消費者保護法所定責任，以及因故意或重大過失造成的損害）。
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty, including that data is correct, always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the app, from travelling to a station based on its data, or from drinking from any source.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (for example under consumer-protection law, or for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence).
我們可能更新本條款；更新後繼續使用即表示你接受新條款。重大變更會在 App 或本網站公告。你可以隨時停止使用並解除安裝本 App。
We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site. You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
本條款依中華民國法律解釋。因本條款或本 App 發生爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院（法律另有強制規定者，從其規定）。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from them or from the app is subject to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
